Terms of Service — Social Scheduler
Provisional version — effective 1 November 2026. This text is being reviewed and may be updated.
1. Who we are and who these terms are for
These terms are an agreement between you and Ghosoun Media (غصون ميديا), the trading name under which Social Scheduler is provided (website ghosounmedia.com, e-mail info@ghosounmedia.com, business contact address: Main Al-Sikka Street, opposite San Maurice Hall, Tulkarm, Palestine). By creating an account or using Social Scheduler you accept these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept them for that organisation.
Social Scheduler is meant for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
2. The service
- Social Scheduler stores your content and publishes it, at the times you set, to the social accounts you connect. The hosted service runs at
scheduler.ghosounmedia.com; you control it with the Social Scheduler desktop app. - Platforms offered today:
- Facebook Pages;
- Instagram professional accounts;
- LinkedIn: your member profile; company pages only after LinkedIn approves our access, through a separate LinkedIn sign-in;
- TikTok: until TikTok’s audit allows direct posting, Social Scheduler delivers each post as a draft to your TikTok inbox. You finish and publish it in the TikTok app. Social Scheduler shows such a post as “Handed off”, never as “Published”.
- Features marked “experimental” in the app may change or be withdrawn.
- Running Social Scheduler on your own server is possible only under an individual written agreement with us. For that installation the agreement takes precedence over these terms where they differ, and, unless the agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for operating it: the server and its security, backups, e-mail sending, the platform developer apps it uses, and the data on it.
3. Your account
- You can sign up with a verified e-mail address or be invited by an account owner. We may switch sign-up to invitation-only.
- The account owner manages the account’s users and is responsible for what they do in it.
- Keep your password and your connected platform accounts secure, and tell us at once at info@ghosounmedia.com if you suspect someone else is using your account.
4. Licence and subscription
- One licence covers one Social Scheduler account. Workspaces, connected social accounts, users and the computers you use are not counted.
- Licences are monthly or yearly subscriptions bought in the Ghosoun Media store on ghosounmedia.com.
- Renewal is manual. You renew by paying a renewal order; nothing is charged automatically.
- Without an active licence you can still set up and edit everything (workspaces, connections, content, schedules); only publishing waits until the licence is active.
- When the paid period ends, a grace period of 7 days applies. After it, publishing pauses. Nothing is deleted: you can still sign in, view your data and renew. After renewal, future posts publish again; posts whose time passed are rescheduled according to your schedule’s settings.
- If you pay after the grace period has started, the new period runs from the date of payment.
- A licence can be moved to another account only with an administrator’s approval. Deleting an account does not free its licence.
5. Fees and refunds
- Prices are set in the ghosounmedia.com store and are those shown there when you buy or renew.
- We do not refund the current paid period, including when you stop using the service or delete your account during it.
- This does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
6. Your content and your responsibilities
- Your content stays yours. You allow us to store, copy and transmit it to the platforms you choose, only as far as needed to provide the service.
- You publish only content you have the rights to, including music, images and the likeness of people in it. If your content contains other people’s personal data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to publish it.
- You follow the law and each platform’s rules, including the Meta Terms and Community Standards, the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, and TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and rules on commercial content disclosure.
- You are responsible for what is published from your account. If a claim is made against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
7. What you must not do
- publish spam, illegal content, malware, or content meant to deceive or harass;
- use Social Scheduler to create fake engagement or to get around a platform’s limits;
- try to access other customers’ data, test the service’s load or security without our written permission, or get around the licensing;
- resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with us.
8. The social platforms
- Publishing depends on each platform’s interfaces, permissions and reviews. A platform can change, limit or stop them without notice, and some content types may be unavailable.
- Platform connections expire. LinkedIn asks you to sign in again every 60 days; Facebook video uploads need a connection renewed about every 60 days. Social Scheduler tells you in “Needs Attention” when a connection must be renewed.
- When the platform does not confirm a post, Social Scheduler shows it as uncertain and never sends it again automatically; you decide.
- What you publish is governed by the platform’s terms. We are not responsible for what a platform does with your posts or account, such as removing a post or limiting an account.
9. Availability and support
- We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular uptime unless we agree it in writing. We may interrupt the service for maintenance. Publications whose time passed during an interruption are rescheduled according to your settings.
- Support is by e-mail at info@ghosounmedia.com.
10. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, and our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to delete it. Social Scheduler cannot delete posts from the platforms: deleting your account or disconnecting a social account does not remove posts already published there.
11. Ending the agreement
- You can stop at any time. The account owner can delete the account under Settings → Delete account…; it is disabled at once and erased after 14 days unless the owner cancels the deletion by signing in during that time. A deletion that an administrator made at your request can be cancelled only by an administrator.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or a platform’s rules. We give notice first where we can; we may act at once to prevent harm to others, to a platform or to the service.
- When the agreement ends, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Our software
Social Scheduler, its desktop app and the Ghosoun Media name and marks belong to Ghosoun Media. You may use the desktop app only with the service while your account exists. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows it.
13. Liability
- The service is provided as it is and as available.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, or for the actions of the platforms.
- Our total liability for all claims in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint or a dispute about Social Scheduler, please contact us first at info@ghosounmedia.com. We will try to resolve it amicably. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory law that applies to you.
15. Changes to these terms
We publish every new version of these terms on this page with its date, and we announce changes to account owners by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account before then.
16. Language and contact
These terms are published in Arabic and English. Both versions are meant to say the same thing; if you find a difference between them, please tell us at info@ghosounmedia.com.

1. من نحن ولمن هذه الشروط
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين غصون ميديا (Ghosoun Media)، وهو الاسم التجاري الذي يُقدَّم من خلاله Social Scheduler (الموقع ghosounmedia.com، والبريد info@ghosounmedia.com، وعنوان التواصل التجاري: شارع السكة الرئيسي، مقابل قاعة سان موريس، طولكرم، فلسطين). بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام Social Scheduler فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط. وإن استخدمته لمؤسسة فإنك تؤكد أنك مخوّل بقبولها عنها.
Social Scheduler موجّه للشركات والمهنيين، ويجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا لاستخدامه.
2. الخدمة
- يحفظ Social Scheduler محتواك وينشره، في المواعيد التي تحددها، على الحسابات التي تربطها. تعمل الخدمة المستضافة على
scheduler.ghosounmedia.com، وتتحكم بها من تطبيق Social Scheduler لسطح المكتب. - المنصات المتاحة حاليًا:
- صفحات فيسبوك؛
- حسابات إنستغرام الاحترافية؛
- لينكدإن: حسابك الشخصي؛ وصفحات الشركات فقط بعد موافقة لينكدإن على وصولنا، وعبر تسجيل دخول مستقل إلى لينكدإن؛
- تيك توك: إلى أن تسمح مراجعة تيك توك بالنشر المباشر، يسلّم Social Scheduler كل منشور مسودةً إلى صندوق الوارد في حسابك على تيك توك، فتكمله وتنشره من تطبيق تيك توك. ويظهر هذا المنشور في Social Scheduler بحالة «سُلّم يدويًا»، لا «نُشر» أبدًا.
- الميزات الموسومة «تجريبي» في التطبيق قد تتغير أو تُسحب.
- لا يمكن تشغيل Social Scheduler على خادمك إلا باتفاق مكتوب خاص معنا. ويُقدَّم ذلك الاتفاق على هذه الشروط فيما يخص ذلك التثبيت عند الاختلاف، وما لم ينص الاتفاق على غير ذلك فأنت المسؤول عن تشغيله: الخادم وأمانه، والنسخ الاحتياطية، وإرسال البريد، وتطبيقات المطورين لدى المنصات التي يستخدمها، والبيانات المحفوظة عليه.
3. حسابك
- يمكنك التسجيل ببريد إلكتروني مؤكَّد أو بدعوة من مالك حساب، ويجوز لنا قصر التسجيل على الدعوات.
- يدير مالك الحساب مستخدمي الحساب ويتحمل مسؤولية ما يفعلونه فيه.
- حافظ على أمان كلمة مرورك وحساباتك المربوطة، وأبلغنا فورًا على info@ghosounmedia.com إن اشتبهت بأن غيرك يستخدم حسابك.
4. الترخيص والاشتراك
- الترخيص الواحد لحساب Social Scheduler واحد. لا تُحسب مساحات العمل ولا الحسابات المربوطة ولا المستخدمون ولا الأجهزة التي تستخدمها.
- التراخيص اشتراكات شهرية أو سنوية تُشترى من متجر غصون ميديا على ghosounmedia.com.
- التجديد يدوي: تجدد بدفع طلب تجديد، ولا يُخصم شيء تلقائيًا.
- دون ترخيص فعّال تستطيع إعداد كل شيء وتعديله (مساحات العمل والربط والمحتوى والجداول)، وينتظر النشر وحده حتى يُفعَّل الترخيص.
- عند انتهاء المدة المدفوعة تسري مهلة 7 أيام، ثم يتوقف النشر مؤقتًا. لا يُحذف شيء: تبقى قادرًا على الدخول وعرض بياناتك والتجديد. بعد التجديد تُنشر المنشورات المستقبلية من جديد، وتُعاد جدولة المنشورات التي فات موعدها حسب إعدادات جدولك.
- إن دفعت بعد بدء المهلة فالمدة الجديدة تبدأ من تاريخ الدفع.
- لا يُنقل الترخيص إلى حساب آخر إلا بموافقة المسؤول، وحذف الحساب لا يحرّر ترخيصه.
5. الرسوم والاسترداد
- تُحدَّد الأسعار في متجر ghosounmedia.com، وهي المعروضة فيه وقت الشراء أو التجديد.
- لا نرد قيمة المدة المدفوعة الجارية، ومن ذلك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة أو حذف الحساب خلالها.
- لا يقيّد هذا أي حق لك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية.
6. محتواك ومسؤولياتك
- يبقى محتواك ملكك. وتأذن لنا بحفظه ونسخه وإرساله إلى المنصات التي تختارها، بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة فقط.
- لا تنشر إلا محتوى تملك حقه، ومن ذلك الموسيقى والصور وصور الأشخاص فيه. وإن تضمّن محتواك بيانات شخصية لغيرك فأنت مسؤول عن وجود أساس مشروع لنشرها.
- تلتزم بالقانون وبقواعد كل منصة، ومنها شروط Meta ومعايير مجتمعها، واتفاقية مستخدم لينكدإن وسياسات مجتمعه المهني، وشروط خدمة تيك توك وإرشادات مجتمعه وقواعد الإفصاح عن المحتوى التجاري.
- أنت مسؤول عما يُنشر من حسابك. وإن قُدّمت مطالبة ضدنا بسبب محتواك أو مخالفتك هذه الشروط فإنك تتحمل تكاليفنا المعقولة لتلك المطالبة.
7. ما لا يجوز لك فعله
- نشر الرسائل المزعجة أو المحتوى غير القانوني أو البرمجيات الخبيثة أو المحتوى المقصود به الخداع أو الإساءة؛
- استخدام Social Scheduler لصنع تفاعل زائف أو للالتفاف على حدود المنصات؛
- محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات عملاء آخرين، أو اختبار حمل الخدمة أو أمانها دون إذن مكتوب منا، أو الالتفاف على الترخيص؛
- إعادة بيع الخدمة أو ترخيصها للغير دون اتفاق مكتوب معنا.
8. منصات التواصل
- يعتمد النشر على واجهات كل منصة وأذوناتها ومراجعاتها، وقد تغيّرها المنصة أو تقيّدها أو توقفها دون إشعار، وقد لا تتوفر بعض أنواع المحتوى.
- ينتهي ربط المنصات: يطلب لينكدإن تسجيل الدخول من جديد كل 60 يومًا، ويحتاج رفع الفيديو إلى فيسبوك تجديد الربط نحو كل 60 يومًا. ويخبرك Social Scheduler في «يحتاج انتباه» عندما يلزم تجديد الربط.
- إن لم تؤكد المنصة نشر منشور يُظهره Social Scheduler «نتيجة غير مؤكدة» ولا يعيد إرساله تلقائيًا أبدًا؛ والقرار لك.
- ما تنشره يخضع لشروط المنصة. ولسنا مسؤولين عما تفعله المنصة بمنشوراتك أو حسابك، كحذف منشور أو تقييد حساب.
9. التوفر والدعم
- نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكننا لا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع ولا نسبة توفر معينة ما لم نتفق على ذلك كتابةً. وقد نوقف الخدمة للصيانة، وتُعاد جدولة المنشورات التي فات موعدها خلال التوقف حسب إعداداتك.

10. حماية البيانات
توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيف نعالج البيانات الشخصية، وتوضح تعليمات حذف البيانات كيف تحذفها. ولا يستطيع Social Scheduler حذف المنشورات من المنصات: فحذف حسابك أو قطع اتصال حساب تواصل لا يزيل المنشورات المنشورة هناك.
11. إنهاء الاتفاق
- يمكنك التوقف في أي وقت. يستطيع مالك الحساب حذفه من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب…؛ فيُعطَّل فورًا ويُمحى بعد 14 يومًا ما لم يُلغِ المالك الحذف بتسجيل الدخول خلال تلك المدة. أما الحذف الذي ينفّذه المسؤول بناءً على طلبك فلا يُلغيه إلا المسؤول.
- يجوز لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو قواعد المنصات، مع إشعار مسبق حيث أمكن، ويجوز لنا التصرف فورًا لمنع ضرر بالآخرين أو بمنصة أو بالخدمة.
- عند انتهاء الاتفاق تُحذف بياناتك كما تصف سياسة الخصوصية.
12. برمجياتنا
Social Scheduler وتطبيقه لسطح المكتب واسم غصون ميديا وعلاماتها ملك لغصون ميديا. يجوز لك استخدام تطبيق سطح المكتب مع الخدمة فقط ما دام حسابك قائمًا، ولا يجوز نسخه أو تعديله أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له إلا حيث يسمح القانون.
13. المسؤولية
- تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي وحسب توفرها.
- لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو فوات الربح أو الأعمال، ولا عن تصرفات المنصات.
- مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن كل المطالبات المتعلقة بالخدمة محدودة بالرسوم التي دفعتها لنا خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للحدث الذي نشأت عنه المطالبة.
- لا يحد شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها قانونًا.
14. الشكاوى والنزاعات
إن كانت لديك شكوى أو نزاع بشأن Social Scheduler فيُرجى التواصل معنا أولًا على info@ghosounmedia.com، وسنسعى إلى حله وديًا. ولا يحد شيء في هذه الشروط من الحقوق التي يمنحك إياها القانون الإلزامي الذي ينطبق عليك.
15. تعديل الشروط
ننشر كل إصدار جديد من هذه الشروط في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخه، ونعلن التعديلات لمالكي الحسابات بالبريد قبل سريانها بثلاثين يومًا على الأقل. وإن لم توافق يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك قبل ذلك.
16. اللغة والتواصل
تُنشر هذه الشروط بالعربية والإنجليزية، والمقصود أن تقول النسختان الشيء نفسه؛ فإن وجدت اختلافًا بينهما فيُرجى إبلاغنا على info@ghosounmedia.com.
