Data Deletion Instructions — Social Scheduler

Social Scheduler is provided by Ghosoun Media (غصون ميديا). This page explains how to delete the data that Social Scheduler holds about you, including the data it received through Facebook Login, and how to remove Social Scheduler’s access to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts. A. Delete your whole Social Scheduler account
- Open the Social Scheduler app and sign in as the account owner.
- Go to Settings → Delete account…
- The window lists what will be deleted and what is kept. Type the account name, enter your password and confirm.
- The account is disabled at once: nobody can sign in and nothing more is published from it. You receive an e-mail with the date of the erasure.
- Changed your mind? Sign in within 14 days: the sign-in screen offers to cancel the deletion. After 14 days the account is erased for good.
What is erased: the account and its users, all content, the copies of your media on our server, the connected social accounts with their names, ids and access tokens, schedules, publishing history and activity.
Platform access: after the erasure we ask Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok to revoke Social Scheduler’s access. This is best effort: it is skipped when the same social account is still connected to another Social Scheduler account, and it can fail. To be sure, also remove the app on the platform (section D).
What is kept: only id-only records (no names, e-mail addresses, content or media): a licence reservation and audit entries until 24 months after the licence ends, and a line in our deletion record so that a restore from a backup cannot bring the account back. Deleted data leaves all our backups within 30 days.
B. If you cannot sign in, or want us to delete your data
Write to info@ghosounmedia.com from the e-mail address of the account, with the subject “Data deletion request – Social Scheduler” and the account name. We verify the request and answer within 30 days. To delete the whole account, an administrator then deletes it as in section A; the reason is recorded and the account owner receives an e-mail. A deletion made by an administrator can be cancelled only by an administrator: write to us within the 14 days.
If you want only some of your data deleted (for example the data we received from Facebook) and want to keep your account, say so in your e-mail; we will reply within 30 days and tell you what was deleted.
If you are a user of someone else’s account, ask the account owner to remove you, or write to us.
C. Data we received through Facebook Login
When you connect Facebook or Instagram, Social Scheduler receives through Facebook Login: your Facebook user id and name, access tokens, and the ids and names of the Pages you granted and of the Instagram professional accounts linked to them (with their usernames). It also keeps the ids and links of the posts it published for you.
To have this data deleted:
- all of it: delete your Social Scheduler account (section A) or write to us (section B);
- the access tokens only: disconnect the Facebook or Instagram connection in Social Scheduler (section D). The names and ids stay with your history until the account is deleted.
Removing Social Scheduler in your Facebook settings stops our access, but does not delete what we already received: use section A or B for that.
D. Remove only one social account
In Social Scheduler: go to Connections, choose the account and press Disconnect. Its access tokens are deleted at once and nothing more is published to it; posts scheduled for its Pages or accounts appear in Needs Attention. The account’s name and id, and your content and history, stay. Disconnecting does not remove the permission you gave on the platform.
On the platform (the app is shown as “Social Scheduler” or “Ghosoun Social Scheduler”; menu names can differ slightly between app versions):
- Facebook (this also ends the access to Instagram accounts connected through Facebook): your profile picture → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Social Scheduler → Remove.
- Instagram: Social Scheduler connects to Instagram through Facebook, so use the Facebook steps above. You can also check Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove it there if it is listed.
- LinkedIn: Me → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services → Change → find Social Scheduler → Remove.
- TikTok: Profile → Menu (☰) → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions → Social Scheduler → Remove access.
Removing access on the platform stops Social Scheduler from using that account, but does not delete what Social Scheduler stores. To delete that too, disconnect the account in Social Scheduler (above), delete your Social Scheduler account (section A) or write to us (section B).
E. Posts already published
Social Scheduler does not delete posts from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok. Posts it already published stay there, also after you disconnect an account or delete your Social Scheduler account: they belong to your platform account. If you want them gone, delete them on the platform itself. TikTok drafts that Social Scheduler delivered to your TikTok inbox are managed (finished or deleted) in the TikTok app.
F. Social Scheduler on your organisation’s own server
If your organisation runs Social Scheduler on its own server, ask your organisation’s administrator: the organisation is responsible for that data. Ghosoun Media keeps only the licence records of that installation.

أ. حذف حسابك في Social Scheduler بالكامل
- افتح تطبيق Social Scheduler وسجّل الدخول بصفتك مالك الحساب.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب…
- تعرض النافذة ما سيُحذف وما يبقى. اكتب اسم الحساب وكلمة المرور ثم أكّد.
- يُعطَّل الحساب فورًا: لا يستطيع أحد تسجيل الدخول ولا يُنشر منه شيء بعد ذلك. وتصلك رسالة بريد فيها موعد المحو.
- غيّرت رأيك؟ سجّل الدخول خلال 14 يومًا، فتعرض عليك شاشة الدخول إلغاء الحذف. وبعد 14 يومًا يُمحى الحساب نهائيًا.
ما يُمحى: الحساب ومستخدموه، وكل المحتوى، ونسخ وسائطك على خادمنا، والحسابات المربوطة بأسمائها ومعرّفاتها ورموز وصولها، والجداول، وسجل النشر والنشاط.
الوصول على المنصات: بعد المحو نطلب من فيسبوك/إنستغرام ولينكدإن وتيك توك إلغاء وصول Social Scheduler. وهذا بقدر الإمكان: لا يُطلب إن كان حساب التواصل نفسه ما زال مربوطًا بحساب آخر في Social Scheduler، وقد يفشل. وللتأكد أزِل التطبيق من المنصة أيضًا (القسم د).
ما يبقى: سجلات بالمعرّفات فقط (بلا أسماء ولا بريد ولا محتوى ولا وسائط): حجز ترخيص وسجلات تدقيق حتى 24 شهرًا بعد انتهاء الترخيص، وسطر في سجل الحذف لدينا حتى لا تعيد استعادةُ نسخة احتياطية الحسابَ. وتخرج البيانات المحذوفة من كل نسخنا الاحتياطية خلال 30 يومًا.
ب. إن لم تستطع الدخول، أو أردت أن نحذف بياناتك نحن
راسل info@ghosounmedia.com من بريد الحساب، بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات – Social Scheduler» مع اسم الحساب. نتحقق من الطلب ونرد خلال 30 يومًا. ولحذف الحساب كاملًا يحذفه المسؤول كما في القسم (أ)، ويُسجَّل السبب ويصل بريد إلى مالك الحساب. ولا يُلغي الحذفَ الذي ينفّذه المسؤول إلا المسؤول: راسلنا خلال الأيام الأربعة عشر.
وإن أردت حذف بعض بياناتك فقط (مثل البيانات التي وصلتنا من فيسبوك) مع الإبقاء على حسابك، فاذكر ذلك في رسالتك؛ وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا ونبيّن لك ما حُذف.
إن كنت مستخدمًا في حساب شخص آخر فاطلب من مالك الحساب إزالتك، أو راسلنا.
ج. البيانات التي وصلتنا عبر تسجيل الدخول بفيسبوك
عند ربط فيسبوك أو إنستغرام يستلم Social Scheduler عبر تسجيل الدخول بفيسبوك: معرّف مستخدم فيسبوك واسمه، ورموز الوصول، ومعرّفات الصفحات التي منحتها وأسماءها، ومعرّفات حسابات إنستغرام الاحترافية المرتبطة بها وأسماءها وأسماء المستخدمين فيها. ويحتفظ كذلك بمعرّفات المنشورات التي نشرها لك وروابطها.
لحذف هذه البيانات:
- كلها: احذف حسابك في Social Scheduler (القسم أ) أو راسلنا (القسم ب)؛
- رموز الوصول فقط: اقطع اتصال فيسبوك أو إنستغرام في Social Scheduler (القسم د). وتبقى الأسماء والمعرّفات مع سجلك حتى يُحذف الحساب.
إزالة Social Scheduler من إعدادات فيسبوك توقف وصولنا، لكنها لا تحذف ما وصلنا من قبل: استخدم القسم (أ) أو (ب) لذلك.
د. إزالة حساب تواصل واحد فقط
في Social Scheduler: اذهب إلى الاتصالات، واختر الحساب، واضغط قطع الاتصال. تُحذف رموز وصوله فورًا ولا يُنشر عليه شيء بعد ذلك، وتظهر المنشورات المجدولة لصفحاته أو حساباته في يحتاج انتباه. ويبقى اسم الحساب ومعرّفه ومحتواك وسجلك. ولا يزيل قطع الاتصال الإذنَ الذي منحته على المنصة.
في المنصة (يظهر التطبيق باسم «Social Scheduler» أو «Ghosoun Social Scheduler»، وقد تختلف أسماء القوائم قليلًا بين إصدارات التطبيقات):
- فيسبوك (ويُنهي ذلك أيضًا الوصول إلى حسابات إنستغرام المربوطة عبر فيسبوك): صورة ملفك الشخصي ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← عمليات تكامل الأعمال (Business integrations) ← Social Scheduler ← إزالة.
- إنستغرام: يتصل Social Scheduler بإنستغرام عبر فيسبوك، فاتبع خطوات فيسبوك أعلاه. ويمكنك أيضًا مراجعة إنستغرام ← الإعدادات ← أذونات المواقع (Website permissions) ← التطبيقات والمواقع وإزالته من هناك إن ظهر.
- لينكدإن: أنا (Me) ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← خصوصية البيانات ← التطبيقات الأخرى ← الخدمات المسموح بها (Permitted services) ← تغيير ← Social Scheduler ← إزالة.
- تيك توك: الملف الشخصي ← القائمة (☰) ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الأمان والأذونات ← أذونات التطبيقات والخدمات ← Social Scheduler ← إزالة الوصول.
إزالة الوصول من المنصة تمنع Social Scheduler من استخدام ذلك الحساب، لكنها لا تحذف ما يحفظه Social Scheduler. لحذفه أيضًا اقطع اتصال الحساب في Social Scheduler (أعلاه)، أو احذف حسابك في Social Scheduler (القسم أ)، أو راسلنا (القسم ب).
هـ. المنشورات المنشورة
لا يحذف Social Scheduler المنشورات من فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو لينكدإن أو تيك توك. تبقى المنشورات التي نشرها هناك، حتى بعد قطع اتصال الحساب أو حذف حسابك في Social Scheduler، لأنها تخص حسابك على المنصة. وإن أردت إزالتها فاحذفها من المنصة نفسها. أما مسودات تيك توك التي سلّمها Social Scheduler إلى صندوق الوارد في حسابك فتُدار (تُكمل أو تُحذف) من تطبيق تيك توك.
و. Social Scheduler على خادم مؤسستك
إذا كانت مؤسستك تشغّل Social Scheduler على خادمها فراجع مسؤول المؤسسة، فالمؤسسة هي المسؤولة عن تلك البيانات. ولا تحتفظ غصون ميديا إلا بسجلات الترخيص لذلك التثبيت.
